Dumpster Software License Agreement

Gumbo Software, Inc. grants to the purchaser, permanent license to use the software product on the specified serial number IBM^® system. This license is not transferable and not exclusive.

Gumbo Software, Inc. makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to the software product, its merchantability or its fitness for any particular purpose. The software product and documentation are provided on an "AS IS" basis.

Gumbo Software, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the use of the software product. Purchaser agrees that Gumbo Software's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the charges paid by purchaser to Gumbo.

Gumbo Software, Inc. may from time to time update the software product to correct defects or add enhancements.
